In the unlikely event your order is damaged or lost in transit and no insurance was purchased, we will make every effort to submit a claim with USPS. Route protection does not cost a lot but we understand that the customer has the right to not purchase this. If you, the customer, chooses not to purchase route protection then you will indemnify OriginalFrontoLeaf.com and take on the risk of damage to your purchased product. By removing or not purchasing route protection, you agree that OriginalFrontoLeaf.com will be held harmless in the event of damage to your order in transit by the carrier.

In the event your item does come in damaged, lost or missing part of your order, insurance will cover you if purchased and claimed within 5 business days. If you notify us of the issue after time has elapsed we are not able to refund you and we can only file a claim with the carrier, if still eligible to do so and within the carriers time frame after delivery.
